Nativity Animals
What Are Nativity Animals?
Adding live animals to your Christmas Nativity will make your next Christmas event really special. The animals that are included in the Live Nativity are:
- 2 goats
- 1 miniature donkey
- 1 calf
- 1 camel
The animals we have are also available for parades, photo shoots and many other occasions and events. Our professional animals handlers will manage the animals in their pens and can bring animals out for personal one on one experiences. Pictures with the animals as well as petting is permitted. Extra animals can be included in a pen separate from the nativity animals. We cannot guarantee that a specific animal or species for an event.
Availability
Reservations for nativity animals begin July 1. Animals can be be booked for for Mondays through Saturdays in November and December. The event where the animals appear must be within 100 miles of Green Horse Farm. Our handlers travel to and from your event from Green Horse Farm each day and do not stay overnight for multiple-day bookings.
Petting Zoo
What Is A Petting Zoo?
Make your next event something very special with a petting zoo. No matter what the age, everyone loves to meet and interact with our animals. Whether it’s a fireman’s carnival, birthday party, retail store event like a grand opening or anniversary promotion, festivals, and more, consider bringing in a great petting zoo from Green Horse Farm. We make it easy as our professional handlers manage everything.
Our petting zoo includes portable pens making easy to set up wherever you want. The animals we include are a camel or calves, a donkey, goats, and llamas. There may be some variations on the type of animals we bring depending on availability. Pictures and petting are welcome from outside the pen. We can set up inside and outside. We will also set up a tent when necessary for outside events. We cannot guarantee a specific animal or species will be available depending on various factors such as health and safety considerations.
Availability
Our petting zoos are available any day except Sundays throughout the year. We set up and manage the zoo at your event for a minimum two hours. However, additional hours are available for a nominal fee. Call for details.
